  • A rendering is the process of creating photorealistic imagery showing the interior and/or exterior design of an architectural project prior to it being constructed. I use 3D modeling and rendering software to turn construction documents into vibrant 3D visuals. Widely used by architects and developers as a presentation and collaboration tool during the design stage, 3D rendering techniques show the architecture and its surroundings in real life like settings.

  • The cost of a rendering will vary depending on various factors, including the scope of the project, type of rendering service, number of revisions and turnaround time.   • The time it takes to produce a 3D rendering is approximately seven business days. Please note, each project request is unique, and a more precise schedule will be provided based on specific project criteria.
